    • The City of Wilmington celebrates the completion of the new Cool Spring Reservoir and Gatehouse project with a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony. MGZA, architect of the new Gatehouse building was commended with the entire project team for work well done.

      Project Architect, Joe Tuschinski's daughter Samantha participated in the ceremony.

The City of Wilmington, Department of Public Works, dedicated the Cool Spring Reservoir project yesterday afternoon, celebrating the rebirth of one of the City's oldest and most pleasant parks.
