MGZA is Certified DBE in State of Delaware

MGZA, founded and soley-owned by Mary Severino, AIA, achieved certification as a DBE/WBE through the Delaware Department of Transportation and the State of Delaware. As a small business, working through the SBA, MGZA can provide value-added to large companies seeking work through the State of Delaware.

MGZA currently has WBE certification through the WBEC (Women's Business Enterprise Council of PA, NJ, DE as well as WBE certification through the City of Philadelphia. We have pending certification applications through the States of MD and PA.

    • Registered Architect Joe Tuschinski, RA, NCARB, is MGZA's Executive Director, with responsibilities for MGZA operations, production processes and construction operations.

Joseph J. Tuschinski, MGZA’s Manager of Architecture Technology, has successfully completed his professional architectural exams and requirements, achieving his professional registration as an architect. While preparing for the series of seven exams, Joe continued to managed his job and family responsibilities with dedication.
