New decade, new MGZA! It is great to have the guys at P'unk Ave working with us to link us with our clients and friends past, present and future. I have a lot to say -- and now our website will give us the voice. No--we are not like the other architects and designers you have loved to hate in the past. I'm looking forward to voicing the differences -- and I'm looking forward to getting the feedback from all of you as you help us redefine, refresh and rebuild our environments.

MGZA is Certified DBE in State of Delaware

MGZA, founded and soley-owned by Mary Severino, AIA, achieved certification as a DBE/WBE through the Delaware Department of Transportation and the State of Delaware. As a small business, working through the SBA, MGZA can provide value-added to large companies seeking work through the State of Delaware.

MGZA currently has WBE certification through the WBEC (Women's Business Enterprise Council of PA, NJ, DE as well as WBE certification through the City of Philadelphia. We have pending certification applications through the States of MD and PA.

    • Registered Architect Joe Tuschinski is MGZA's Manager of Architectural Technology and leads our Revit Initiative.

Joseph J. Tuschinski, MGZA’s Manager of Architecture Technology, has successfully completed his professional architectural exams and requirements, achieving his professional registration as an architect. While preparing for the series of seven exams, Joe continued to managed his job and family responsibilities with dedication.

Laurie Grimmelsman is LEED-Accredited

Laurie Grimmelsman, NCIDQ, achieved LEED-AP designation by successfully passing the US Green Building Council’s LEED exam. LEED-accredited professionals are industry professionals, who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources and processes.
