For the Delaware River & Bay Authority, MGZA teamed with building architect Diamond Group to ensure the West Bound Toll Building at the Delaware Memorial Bridge was ready to handle sophisticated technical operations for the Bridge Authority's toll taking operations. The fast track project required the public areas to have excitement, yet provide a foil to the stone and stainless finishes of the base building.

While MGZA used curved material lines, wood screened accent walls and textured glass to create interest zones in the atrium and cafeteria areas, facility / space planning, furniture finish and color selection, signage design and commissioned art played major parts as well. Comprised of 48,000 square feet over three floors of new construction the facility encompasses public and Bridge Authority sevices. Construction was managed by Healy, Inc.
