For Duane Morris Hecksher, LLP, MGZA’s design outlook for the project was to provide a timeless aesthetic that would lend a stable presence to the office. It was important that the Wilmington facility reflect the stability of the Philadelphia headquarters, and at the same time communicate the character of the specific individuals leading the Wilmington offices.

MGZA worked the materials to provide the maximum effect within the constraints on money and fabrication time. In addition, MGZA provided a design framework that would allow for less expensive finishes to be used in office areas that are not as widely viewed by D M & H clients. Color selections were warm and neutral, to act as a backdrop for the individual tastes of the firm’s partners within their private office environments.

The law firm, since the initial project installation, returned to MGZA for additional service, as three consecutive expansions have taken place on their floor. D M & H continues to call on MGZA as needs arise for facility consultation and design.
