After an evaluation of several Wilmington, Delaware properties, the proximity to the train station led Amtrak to locate in the new Renaissance Centre building. MGZA fit out 20,000 square feet of space with predominately open office work stations and teaming areas. Led by MGZA Interior Designer, Mary Young, the fit-out successfully met strict budgetary and schedule-related objectives.
